this index is updated on an ongoing basis - meaning all items listed below are available. some items are listed twice, because there's more than one group of (different) images illustrating that item. clicking any of these links will bring you to a 'thumbnails page' where images of that item begin, and clicking the small 'thumb' image there should open the LARGE image (and captions below the large images, when present).
